Previously, I worked on establishing experimental model systems for visual proteomics at the Max Planck Institute of Biophysics. I was also affiliated with the Central European Institute of Technology, where we applied machine learning tools to genomic data; the University of Southern Denmark, contributing to several medical image analysis projects; the Spanish National Research Council, where we worked on the development of the cryo-EM image processing framework called Scipion; and with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, developing automated methods for melanoma recognition.
